当前的农村党员干部远程教育工作中还存在着形式主义现象;党员干部被动应付现象;教育模式构设计不到位,资源建设不到位;相关管理工作不到位等问题。要充分发挥农村党员干部远程教育作用,必须积极探索解决这些问题的有效途径与方法。
