甘肃省庆阳市食源性疾病发病现状分析

摘  要:
目的:研究甘肃省庆阳市食源性疾病发病现状和规律,为控制食品安全风险提供科学依据。方法:采取设立监测点、实验室检测以及流行病学调查等方法进行监测统计分析。结果:2011—2014年甘肃省庆阳市食物中毒报告16起,以化学性食物中毒居多;肠道传染病监测腹泻病25 689例,以病毒性腹泻和菌痢较多;人畜共患传染病中布病确诊病人448例、包虫病确诊病人1 835例,发病具有明显地域性和季节性特征;食品中致病菌检测1 822份,检出阳性86份,阳性率4.72%,主要致病菌为大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等。结论:甘肃省庆阳市食源性疾病发病现状不容乐观,食源性疾病暴发存在一定程度的风险,应引起政府相关部门的高度重视。

摘  要:
【Objective】To research status and occurrence regularity of foodborne disease in Qingyang city of Gansu province from 2011 to 2014 to provide scientific basis for the control of food borne diseases. 【Method】We established database for monitoring food borne diseases by statistical analysis of the processing data. 【Result】Totally 16 food poisoning incidents were reported,most of which were chemical nitrite poisoning. Diarrhea diseases were reported 25 689 cases,viral diarrhea and dysentery at most. brucellosis patients wre reported 448 cases,hydatid disease were reported 1 835 cases,and the incidence has obvious regional and seasonal characteristics. The positive detection rate of pathogens in food was 4. 72%( 86 /1822),The major pathogens were Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. 【Conclusion】Risks of the occurrence of food borne diseases existed in Qingyang city,the government should attach great importance.
