不同投饲率对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长和存活的影响

摘  要:
将黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson)幼鱼(体长1.621±0.1561cm,体重0.093±0.02g)放养在12个容水50L(40cm×30cm×41.6cm)水槽中,每个水槽30尾,投喂含粗蛋白40.53%、粗脂肪13.14%的配合饲料,以搅碎的泥鳅(Misgurnus anguilli-caudatus)为黏合剂(二者的比例为4∶1),投饲率为15%(1组)、20%(2组)、25%(3组)和30%(4组),每组三个重复。60d的饲养表明,4组鱼的成活率最高(81.57%),1组最低(18.75%),2组和3组分别为54.83%和54.54%。统计分析表明,随投饲率增加,鱼的增重率不断增加,2、3、4组鱼的增重率显著高于1组(P<0.05),但这三组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。1组鱼的呼吸代谢率高于其他组是生长缓慢的原因。本实验证明,黄颡鱼夏花培育期间,投饲率以25%~20%为宜。

摘  要:
Growth and survival of juvenile yellow catfish,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,were examined at four feeding rates.Yellow catfish(mean initial body length±SD of 1.62±0.16cm,mean initial body weight±SD of 0.093±0.02g) were stocked into 12 tanks of each 40cm×30cm×41.6cm at a rate of 30 individuals/tank and offered a formulated feed(40.53% crude protein and 13.14% crude fat)supplemented with fine minced oriental weatherfish(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)(4∶1)as a binder at rates of 15(Group 1),20(Group 2),25(Group 3) and 30%(Group 4) body weight per day(BW/day).After 60 days of feeding,peak survival(81.57%)occurred at a ration of 30%(in Group 4),while the minimum survival(18.75%)was found at a ration of 15%(in Group 1).There was no significant difference in survival in Group 2(54.83%) and Group 3(54.54%).There was significantly more weight gain in Group 2,Group 3,and Group 4 than that in Group 1.Poor growth and low survival in Group 1 are involved in high nitrogen excretion and oxygen consumption.Optimum feeding rate was found to be 25%~30% during yellow catfish fry rearing.
