实验小鼠感染小鼠肝炎病毒后的抗体变化

摘  要:
采用MHV-A59标准毒株通过3种途径(腹腔、滴鼻、灌胃)对6个品系的实验小鼠(BALB/c、C57、nu/nu、NIH-Ⅲ、IL-4T、IL-10T)进行了病毒感染。通过检测小鼠感染后1个月内不同时段的抗体变化,发现小鼠在感染MHV后,血清转阳一般发生在感染后5-7 d,3周左右特异性IgG水平达到高峰;而特异性IgM水平出现上升时间比IgG早,3 d左右开始升高,7 d到达高峰,3周后开始下降。不同品系小鼠由于遗传背景不同,对MHV的易感性和耐受性存在明显差异。不同感染途径之间也存在着一定的差异,腹腔感染MHV的小鼠抗体转阳时间和IgG、IgM高峰水平出现的时间都较滴鼻和灌胃途径早,而滴鼻感染MHV后小鼠抗体转阳时间出现较晚,但其维持时间较长,认为MHV感染后产生免疫力的持久性在很大程度上取决于免疫途径的选择。

摘  要:
Mouse hepatitis virus(MHV) is a common coronavirus.The standard strain MHV-A59 was used to infect 6 strains of mice(BALB/c,C57,nu/nu,NIH-Ⅲ,IL-4T and IL-10T) in three paths(belly,oral route and nasal instillation).The detection of the antibody variations of infected mice in a month showed that the seroconversion to MHV occurred generally at 5-7 days after infection,and the highest IgG level could reach at about 3 weeks.The IgM level rose earlier than the IgG level did.It began to rise at 3 days or so,and reach the highest at 7 days.After 3 weeks it began to decrease.But there was a significant difference in susceptibility and tolerance of the mice to MHV because of their different genetic backgrounds.Also there was a certain difference between different routes of infection.The seroconversion to MHV and the highest IgG and IgM levels occurred earlier by belly than by oral route and nasal instillation.For the mice infected by nasal instillation,the seroconversion to MHV occurred later and remained longer.So it was concluded that the persistence of immunity produced by the mice infected with MHV depends on immune routes to a great extent.
