活性干酵母对犊牛生长性能及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究活性干酵母对犊牛生长性能及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取50头出生日期相近的新生犊牛(西杂牛♂×犏牛♀),随机分为对照组[(13.28±1.25) kg]和酵母组[(13.10±1.22) kg],每组25个重复,每个重复1头牛。在为期90 d的试验期内,2组犊牛均全程饲喂代乳粉,酵母组在饲喂代乳粉的基础上每头牛添加2 g/d的活性干酵母。10日龄后,2组犊牛自由采食开食料。结果表明:1)酵母组第1~90天平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第61~90天平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)第60和90天,酵母组血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)第30、60和90天,酵母组血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)第30和60天,酵母组犊牛血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。5)第30天,酵母组血清中白细胞介素-10和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第60天,酵母组血清中白细胞介素-2含量显著高于对照组(P<0.02);第90天,酵母组血清中白细胞介素-2、干扰素-γ和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,代乳粉中添加活性干酵母可以提高犊牛平均日增重、抗氧化能力和免疫功能。

摘  要:
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of active dry yeast on growth performance and serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune indexes of calves. Fifty calves(Simmental crossbred cattle ♂×yak cattle♀ )with similar birthday were selected and randomly divided into control group[(13. 28 ±1.25)kg]and yeast group[(13.10±1.22)kg],each group contained 25 replicates and 1 calf per replicate.During the 90-day experiment period,calves in 2 groups were fed milk replacer,and yeast group were added2 g/d active dry yeast per head based on milk replacer. After 10 days of age,calves in 2 groups were free feeding the starter. The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain during days 1 to 90 of yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake during days61 to 90 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 2)On days 60 and 90,the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of yeast group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)On days 30,60 and 90,the serum superoxide dismutase activity of yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 4)On days 30 and 60,the serum immunoglobulin G content of yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 5)On day 30,the contents of interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-αin serum of yeast group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);On day 60,the serum interleukin-2 content of yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.02);on day 90,the contents of interleukin-2,interferon-γand tumor necrosis factor-αin serum were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,active dry yeast supplement in milk replacer can improve the average daily weight gain,antioxidant capacity and immune function of calves.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(11):5448-5457]
