4PU-30对水稻后期衰老和再生芽萌发的影响

摘  要:
以汕优 149为材料 ,研究了 4 PU- 30对杂交水稻后期衰老和再生芽的影响。结果表明 ,在齐穗后 10 d喷 4 PU- 30能显著提高叶片叶绿素含量 ,减少脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的积累 ,降低细胞膜透性 ,使叶片 SOD酶活性下降变慢。同时 ,4 PU- 30能增强水稻根系活力 ,增加头季产量和茎秆物质积累量 ,分别比对照提高 3.3%和 4 .15% ,促进再生芽生长 ,提高活芽率 ,对下部节位芽的作用尤为显著。

摘  要:
Investigation was carried on hybrid rice Shanyou149 to study the effects of 4PU 30 on rice senescence in the late period and ratooning buds. The results indicated that the leaves treated by 4PU 30 at 10 days after heading, the chlorophyll content can be raised significantly, MDA accumulation decreased and the cell membrane permeability reduced and the degradation of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity delayed. 4PU 30 could also increase the root activity in the meanwhile, the main crop yield and dry matter accumulation of stem sheath were improved and the length and rate of ratooning buds were enhanced markedly, especially for the low node germinate.
