4PU-30延缓杂交水稻叶片衰老的效果与作用

摘  要:
用4PU-30喷施抽穗后10天的杂交水稻植株,可显著延缓叶片衰老,表现为叶片衰老过程中叶绿素的降解明显减缓。同时,明显抑制衰老期间叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降和脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛(MDA)增加,表明4PU-30延缓叶片衰老与调节活性氧代谢有关。4PU-30还能提高叶片光合速率和果糖1,6-二磷酸酯酶(FBPase)活性,促进籽粒灌浆和干物质积累,增加粒重和产量。

摘  要:
To verify the physiological reasons of delaying the senescences of rice leaves and increasing yield by 4PU-30 [N-phenyl-N'-(2-chloro-4pyridyl)urea], the authors investigat ed the effects of 4PU-30 on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA), net photosynthetic rate and the activity of fructose 1, 6-diphosphatase (FBPase) in the flag leaves of hybrid rice (shanyou 63). Dry matter accumula tion of grain and yield were also studied. The results showed that senescence in the flag leaves treated with 4PU-30 was delayed significantly (Fig.1). In the meanwhile the activities of SOD and CAT were increased and the MDA content was decreased in the flag leaves after spraying 4PU-30 (Fig. 3). The net photosynthetic rate and the FBPase activity in the flag leaves were in creased after treatment with 4PU-30(Fig.2, Fig.4). The rates of grain filling and dry matter accumulating were faster in 4PU-30 treatment than in control (Table 1). The full grain percent age, grain weight and grain yield were all increased after spraying 4PU-30(Table 2). Therefore, it was suggested that the action of 4PU-30 on delaying senescence of rice leaves is correlated with the increasing activities of active oxygen scavenging system. The physiological mechanisms of 4PU-30 to increase full grain percentage, grain weight and grain yield may be due to the increase in net photosynthetic rate and FBPase activity in the leaves and dry matter accumulating in grains.
