摘  要:
Based on introducing multimodality,the advantages and disadvantages of multimodal PPT presentation were analyzed,how to effectively apply multimodal PPT presentation in Food Science and Engineering specialty was discussed,which has important guidance and construction significance for teaching of Food Science and Engineering specialty.
