摘  要:
We used the questionnaire survey method to take the well-known and famous halal food and beverage enterprises in Beijing city as the research object,summed up the present situation and problems of the halal food industry and put forward specific suggestions to enhance the safety and management level of the halal food industry and the development of halal food industry.
