实时荧光PCR法检测清真食品中马、驴源性成分

摘  要:
根据马、驴线粒体DNA序列,设计并筛选了马、驴源性特异引物及探针,建立了清真食品中马、驴源性成分的实时荧光PCR检测方法。扩增产物测序结果表明,马、驴源性成分扩增产物与数据库序列完全一致。该方法食品中马、驴源性成分的最低检出限分别为1%、0.01%,可以作为清真食品中检测马、驴源性成分的有效方法。

摘  要:
A real-time fluorescent PCR assay for dete cting ingredients of horse and donkey in Halal food was established.Based on the mitochondrial DNA sequence of the horse and donkey, the species-specific PCR primer and probe was designed and screened. Sequences of horse and donkey amplicon were consistent with Gen Bank sequence. This method can detect the presence of horse DNA and donkey DNA in food and feedstuffs containing less than 1%(w/w) and 0.1%(w/w),respectively. It is an effective method for detecting the ingredients of horse and donkey in Halal food.
