氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定鹿饲料中硒含量的方法研究

摘  要:
文章深入研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定鹿饲料中硒的分析方法。研究结果表明,采用硝酸-高氯酸(8+1)混合酸消解样品,以2%盐酸介质作为载流,样品酸度控制在20%时进行样品分析,测定结果准确可靠。该方法的线性范围0~10μg/l,相关系数优于0.999,检出限0.07μg/l,加标回收率85.3%~116.9%。此方法具有简单易行、精密度好、回收率高等优点,适用于饲料中硒含量的测定。

摘  要:
The determination of selenium in feed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry had been deep investigated. This method performs accurate and reliable, when the feed sample wasdigested by HNO3-HClO4(volume ratio was 81), the 2% hydrochloric acid was introduced as carryliquid, and the acidity of sample was stabled at 20%. As a result, the linear range was 0~10 μg/l, thecorrelation coefficient reached beyond 0.999, the detection limit was 0.07 μg/l, and the recovery rateattained to 85.3%~116.9%. The soestablished method is suitable for the analysis of selenium contentwithin feed, in virtue of its advantages, such as easy operation, high precision and recovery rate.
