深海鱼油与大豆卵磷脂对犬血脂和抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要：
为了研究以深海鱼油和天然卵磷脂为主要成分的复合添加剂对贵宾犬血脂调节和抗氧化功能的影响,选取6月龄生长期红色贵宾犬20只,随机分成4组,每组5只,单笼饲养,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+0.8%添加剂、基础日粮+1%添加剂、基础日粮+1.2%添加剂,试验期60 d,分析血清抗氧化指标和血脂水平的变化情况.结果表明:1%和1.2%的深海鱼油和大豆卵磷脂复合添加剂可以显著降低贵宾犬血清中总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著提高血清中GSH-PX活性(P<0.05);1%深海鱼油和大豆卵磷脂复合添加剂可以显著提高贵宾犬血清中T-AOC活性(P<0.05);不同添加量的深海鱼油和大豆卵磷脂复合添加剂均具有降低血清中MDA含量的趋势(P>0.05).

摘  要：
This study aims to explore the effects of compound additives consisting of deep-sea fish oil and soybean phospholipid on serum-lipid and anti-oxidant status of poodles. 24 six-month-old red poodles were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 dogs in each group, fed in a single cage.They were fed with basal diet, basal diet + 0.8% additive, basal diet + 1% additive and basal diet + 1.2% additive respectively to determine the serum antioxidant capacity and blood lipid level. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed that 1% and 1.2% deep-sea fish oil and Soybean Phospholipid compound additives could reduce total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in serum significantly(P<0.05), increase GSH-PX activity in serum significantly(P<0.05), 1% deep-sea fish oil and Soybean Phospholipid compound additives could increase T-AOC activity in serum significantly(P<0.05). Serum MDA concentration tended to decrease in all additive supplementation groups, even the differences were not significant(P>0.05).
