深海鱼油对花凤鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋脂肪酸组成的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究基础日粮中添加深海鱼油对花凤蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋脂肪酸组成的影响。360只体重相近的240日龄花凤蛋鸡随机分为试验组和对照组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。试验组在基础日粮中添加3%鱼油,对照组饲喂等量基础日粮进行30天的饲养试验。结果表明:鱼油对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质均未造成显著的影响,但是与对照组相比,试验组产蛋率、蛋重有所降低,蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度有所提高;而添加鱼油对鸡蛋多不饱和脂肪酸含量有显著影响,其中试验组C18∶3n3(ALA)、C20∶5n3(EPA)多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C22∶6n3(DHA)和C18∶3n6(ALA)含量较对照组也有上升的趋势。本研究表明,花凤蛋鸡日粮中添加深海鱼油,可以促进蛋黄中多不饱和脂肪酸(ALA、EPA、DHA)的沉积,进而增加鸡蛋的营养价值,同时对蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质没有明显的影响。

摘  要:
This experiment was designed to study the effects of dietary deep sea fish oil on laying performanceand fatty acid content of eggs from Huafeng layers. Three hundred and sixty healthy Huafeng layers of 240 days agewere selected and randomly divided into two treatments,each treatment consisted of six replicates with 30 broilers ineach replicate. The control group received basal diet,and the experimental diet was added 3% deep fish oil,eggs werecollected from each treatment for 30 d to detect fatty acid composition of egg yolk and laying performance. The results showed that there was no significant effect of dietary deep fish oil on egg quality compared with eggs from control group,but deep fish oil could reduce egg weight and laying rate,and increase eggshell intensity and eggshell thickness;howev-er deep fish oil had significant effect on the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid,the significant difference of C18∶3n3(ALA)and C20∶5n3(EPA)content were among experimental group and control group(P<0.05),C22∶6n3(DHA)andC18∶3n6(ALA)of experimental group also had a rising tendency compared with control group. In conclusion,this studyindicated that dietary deep fish oil could increase the deposition of polyunsaturated fatty acids(ALA,EPA,DHA)inegg yolk and nutritional value of eggs.At the same time,there was no significant effect on production performance and eggquality of layers.
