犬瘟热病毒(CDV)93039与CDVMD-77株感染Vero细胞的电镜观察

摘  要：
采用电镜技术对犬瘟热病毒 ( CDV) 930 39株和 CDV MD- 77株在体外培养细胞中的增殖过程和所致病变特点进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,2株病毒的形态发生过程与文献报道相符。 CDV930 39株与 CDVMD- 77株相比 ,少见长丝状核衣壳聚集及典型的胞膜上出芽病毒粒子 ,包涵体以电子致密小体为主 ,与文献报道的 CDV ond株较为相似 ;CDV MD- 77株可见成堆存在的核衣壳结构 ,胞膜上出芽增殖明显可见 ,早期包涵体以核衣壳结构聚集为主 ,后期除此之外还可见到电子致密小体 ,与文献报道的 CDV R2 52株更为接近。

摘  要：
One canine distemper viral strain, designated CDV 93039, originally obtained from a dog with demyelinating encephalomyelitis and pneumonia in China revealed differences from CDV MD 77 strain in in vitro behavior. The two viruses were ultrastructurally compared. The results revealed differences in two viruses: cytoplasmic nucleocapsid aggregates and viral particles budding from the membrane were their characteristics in MD 77 infected cells, and the cytoplasmic inclusions in Vero cells infected with MD 77 progressed from focal aggregates of nucleocapsids to electron dense bodies. Although electron dense bodies were recognized in CDV 93039 infected cells, afew symmetrical alignments of nucleocapsids were seen in the cytoplasma. According to the references, the CDV MD 77 appears similar to R252, and CDV 93039 similar to Ond.
