添加颗粒料对小牛肉用奶公犊牛生长性能、屠宰性能及组织器官发育的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究添加颗粒料对用于生产小牛肉的奶公犊牛生长性能、屠宰性能、组织器官发育的影响。选取平均体重为(41.00±1.55)kg的24头新生荷斯坦奶公犊牛,随机分为2个处理,处理A饲喂代乳品和羊草,处理B饲喂代乳品、颗粒料和羊草。试验期180 d。测定犊牛生长性能,饲养试验结束后,每个处理选取5头牛进行屠宰,测定屠宰性能及各组织器官鲜重。结果表明:2个处理犊牛全期平均日增重(0.73 kg vs.0.74 kg)和饲料转化率(2.39 vs.2.36)差异不显著(P>0.05),体高、体长、胸围、管围、腰角宽差异亦不显著(P>0.05);处理B犊牛腹泻率及腹泻频率分别比处理A低4.87和1.31个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05);2个处理犊牛的屠宰率、净肉率、胴体出肉率及肉骨比均无显著差异(P>0.05);从胃室发育看,处理B犊牛复胃鲜重及各胃室鲜重占空体重比例皆极显著高于处理A(P<0.01)。在专门用于小牛肉生产的出生后1~181 d的奶公犊牛饲粮中添加颗粒料,可保持犊牛同等的生长性能和屠宰性能,促进犊牛复胃的发育,并降低腹泻率和腹泻频率。

摘  要:
This study was designed to investigate the effects of pellet diet supplementation on growth performance,slaughter traits,development of tissues and organs of dairy bull calves for veal production.Twenty-four newborn Holstein bull calves with an average weight of(41.00±1.55) kg were randomly allocated to two dietary treatments,calves in treatment A were fed milk replacer and Chinese wildrye,and those in treatment B were fed milk replacer,pellet diet and Chinese wildrye.The trial lasted for 180 d.Growth performance of calves was measured.Five calves from each treatment were slaughtered to determine slaughter traits and wet weights of each tissue and organ.The results showed that there were no significant differences in average daily gain(0.73 vs.0.74 kg) and feed conversion ratio(2.39 vs.2.36) during the whole experimental period(P>0.05),the differences in wither height,body length,heart girth,cannon circumference and hip widths were not significant either(P>0.05);the diarrhea incidence and the diarrheic rate of calves in treatment B were 4.87 and 1.31 percent lower than those in treatment A,respectively(P<0.05);no significant differencs in dressing percentage,meat percentage,dressing percentage of carcass and ratio of meat to bone were found between two treatments(P>0.05);additionally,the wet weight of stomachus compositus and percentage of each stomach compartment in empty body weight of calves in treatment B were significantly higher than those in treatment A(P<0.01).Dietary supplementation of pellet diet can maintain growth performance and slaughter traits of Holstein bull calves on 1 to 181 days after birth for veal production specifically,and improve the development of stomachus compositus,but reduce diarrhea incidence and diarrheic rates.
