dairy bull calves are high birth weight and feed rate,It is a sunrise industry producing delicious taste and high nutritional value white beef using dairy bull calves.This article introduces the application status of calves production of white beef at home and abroad,and key technologys of production process include dairy bull calves selected、normative feeding、scientific management、evaluation of fattening performance,It indicates that has become the main trend the production of high-end white beef with dairy bull calves.
