甲基磺酸乙酯对杜氏盐藻生长的作用效应

摘  要:
利用不同浓度的甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)处理杜氏盐藻,旨在筛选放线菌酮Act抗性突变株和研究EMS对杜氏盐藻生长的影响。结果表明:出发藻株A1对Act的抗性浓度为0.05 mg/L,诱变后得到了对Act抗性浓度为0.4 mg/L的突变株,突变株的生长速率明显小于出发藻株A1。EMS抑制杜氏盐藻的生长。

摘  要:
Mutation strain of actidione Act were screened from Dunaliella salina with Ethyl Methyl Sulphonate(EMS) under the treatment of different concentrations and the effects of EMS on the growth of Dunaliella salina A1 were studied.The results showed that the resistant concentration of Act for the Dunaliella salina A1 was 0.05 mg/L,the resistant concentration of Act for the mutation strain was 0.4 mg/L,the growth rate of the mutation strain was significantly lower than that of Dunaliella salina,A1.EMS ingibited the growth of the Dunaliella salina.
