摘  要:
[目的]研究不同提取方法对盐藻β-胡萝卜素产量的影响,以改进盐藻β-胡萝卜素的提取工艺。[方法]首先比较了丙酮∶甲醇(7∶2)和石油醚2种常用提取试剂对盐藻β-胡萝卜素提取效率的影响;然后以丙酮-甲醇(7∶2)为提取试剂,分别从提取时间、提取温度、固液比3个方面对其提取工艺进行了优化。[结果]相对于石油醚,丙酮∶甲醇(7∶2)对盐藻β-胡萝卜素的提取效率较高。4℃和25℃浸提温度下β-胡萝卜素的得率没有明显差异。分3次提取时,5 m in的浸提时间即可获得较高的提取效率。在1~7 m l的提取剂使用范围内,随着提取剂用量的增加β-胡萝卜素的提取效率有所增加,但增加幅度不是很大。[结论]以丙酮∶甲醇(7∶2)为提取试剂,在25℃下浸提5 m in 3次可以得到较高的提取效率。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different extraction methods on yield of β-carotene from Dunaliella salina and improve the extraction process of β-carotene from D.salina.[Method] Firstly,the effects of two different agents such as acetone∶methanol and petroleum ether on the extraction efficiency of β-carotene from D.salina was compared.With acetone∶methanol(7∶2) mixture as extraction agent,the extraction process was optimized on extraction time,temperature,solid-liquid ratio.[Result] Acetone∶methanol(7∶2) had higher β-carotene extraction efficiency from D.salina than petroleum ether.The extraction efficiency of β-carotene had no apparent diversity on 4 ℃ and 25 ℃.By extraction duration of 5 minutes for three times,high extraction efficiency could be obtained.From 1 ml to 7 ml extraction agent per 0.1 g alga material,β-carotene extraction efficiency appeared to be lightly increased.[Conclusion] With acetone∶methanol(7∶2) as extraction agent,by extraction duration of 5 minutes for three times at the extraction temperature of 25 ℃,high extraction efficiency of β-carotene from D.salina could be attained.
