南海黄鸡父母代累计产蛋数的曲线拟合与分析

摘  要:
运用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertallanffy 3种非线性曲线模型对南海黄鸡父母代的累计产蛋数进行拟合分析。结果表明,3种数学模型都能很好地对其累计产蛋数进行拟合,拟合度(R2)均在0.99以上,并以Bertallanffy模型的拟合效果最好,拟合的产蛋拐点日龄(开产后12.5周)和拐点产蛋数(57.7个)更为准确,在生产中可以利用该模型对南海黄鸡的产蛋规律进行估计与预测,为该品种的育种和管理工作提供参考。

摘  要:
The curve fitting analysis of the accumulative egg production in Parents of Parent Generation Nanhai yellow chicken was conducted by using 3 nonlinear curve models: Logistic,Gompertz and Bertallanffy models. The results showed that these 3 kinds of models all could well simulate the accumulative egg production and their fitting degree( R2) all reached above 0. 99. The fitting effect of Bertallanffy model was the best. Further study on the fitting parameters of Bertallanffy model indicated that the inflexion egg production of Nanhai yellow chicken was 57. 70 eggs and its inflexion day-age was after laying 12. 5 weeks. Therefore,Bertallanffy model could be used to estimate and forecast the accumulative egg production of Nanhai yellow chicken in the actual production.
