基于Catia V5的背负式割灌机作业人机分析

摘  要:
近年来,随着经济的发展,人们对园林工作者的身体健康及劳动安全越来越重视,随之产生的是对劳作工具中人机工程应用的关注。通过建立CATIA三维人体模型,模拟园林工作者在割灌工作中的姿势,然后通过软件中的人机工程学分析模块,对工作者的工作姿势进行分析,提出优化。据此提出改变园林工作者的作业姿势,以提高作业效率,减轻劳动者疲劳感。

摘  要:
In recent years,with the development of economy,people have paid more and more attention to the health and safety of garden workers,what's attendant is the attention to the use of ergonomics of working tools. We can simulate the gesture of garden workers when mowing by building 3D body model in CATIA. By making use of the ergonomics analysis module in CATIA,we can analyze the working gesture of workers,propose optimization,then bring up changes in worker's working gesture,so as to improve working efficiency,reduce workers' feeling of fatigue.
