不同定植密度和种苗等级对乌天麻地下块茎主要农艺性状和经济指标的影响

摘  要：
研究了不同定植密度与种苗等级对乌天麻地下块茎主要农艺性状和经济指标的影响。采用随机区组设计,通过Excel2003,SPSS 18.0等软件对单个块茎鲜重、块茎长、块茎宽、块茎厚等农艺性状进行均值比较和方差分析,对经济指标进行作图比较。农艺性状均值比较显示,在定植密度8~20个/塘及种苗等级1~3级时,随着定植密度的增加和种苗等级的降低,块茎长、块茎宽、块茎厚、单个块茎鲜重都呈降低趋势。农艺性状方差分析表明,除环距和点状横环纹环数外,不同定植密度、种苗等级对乌天麻块茎长、块茎宽、块茎厚、箭芽长、单个块茎鲜重等农艺性状指标影响有差异,有些影响达到显著或极显著水平。经济指标分析结果表明,定植密度在8~20个/塘时,随着定植密度的增加,每塘乌天麻的市场经济价值呈先降低后升高再降低趋势,定植密度在8个/塘时每塘乌天麻的市场经济价最大;种苗等级在1~3级时,随着种苗等级的降低,每塘乌天麻的市场经济价值随之降低;定植混合种苗,其每塘乌天麻的市场经济价值介于2级种苗与3级种苗。本研究的结果表明,在低定植密度8个/塘和高种苗等级1级的处理下可以获得乌天麻较好的农艺性状指标和经济指标。定植混合种苗其块茎长、块茎宽、块茎厚、单个块茎鲜重等农艺性状指标和经济指标介于2级种苗与3级种苗。

摘  要：
The effects of different planting densities and seedling grades on main agronomic characters and economic indicators of Gastrodia elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow in imitating wild cultivation were studied. Randomized block design,mean comparison,variance analysis and comparative mapping were used. The mean of agronomic characters results showed that the length of the tuber,the width of the tuber,the thickness of the tuber and the single tuber fresh weight were reduced with the increase of planting density in 8-20 seedlings per pond and the decrease of seedling grade in 1-3 grade. The variance analysis of agronomic characters results showed that the effect of planting density or seedling grade on the length of the tuber,the width of the tuber,the thickness of the tuber,the arrow shoot length and the single tuber fresh weight was significant or extremely significant. The economic indicators results showed that the value of market economy of G. elata Bl.f. glauca S. Chow was reduced after the first increased and then decreased with the increase of planting density in 8-20 seedlings per pond. The value of market economy of G. elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow was the biggest in 8 seedlings per pond. The economic indicators results showed that the value of market economy of G. elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow was decreased with the decrease seedling grade in 1-3grade. This study showed that it could obtain better agronomic traits and economic indicators of the G. elata in 8 seedlings per pond and seedling grade 1. The main agronomic characters and economic indicators of mixed seedlings were between grade seedling 2 and grade seedling 3.
