摘  要：
凤凰单丛产于广东省潮安县凤凰镇。凤凰山是畲族发源地,也是古老的茶叶产地。凤凰单丛生产茶历史悠久,至今仍然保留着古老的生产和消费方式。在凤凰单丛的选择、种植、采摘、加工、销售和饮用全过程中存在许多具有深刻内涵的文化现象。从茶叶历史文化层面对凤凰单丛现象进行研究有着十分重要的意义。

摘  要：
Fenghuang Dancong is produced in Pheonix Town Chan'an County,Guangdong province.Fenghuang Mountain is the cradle of She race,and also as one of the source of tea.Tea production record of Fenghuang Dancong can be traced back long ago and the old pattern of production and consumption has been kept up to now.There are many profound cultural phenomena during the tea's selection,planting,plucking,processing marketing and consumption.It's of vital significance to study the phenomena of Fenghuang Dancong.
