PHEV动力耦合机构设计与有限元分析

摘  要:
动力耦合机构是插电式混合动力汽车的关键部件之一。设计了一种单电机单行星排动力耦合机构,通过离合器和制动器能够实现10种工作模式。首先,根据插电式混合动力汽车的特点进行动力耦合机构构型设计,并运用杠杆法分析了动力耦合机构转速转矩关系。然后,进行参数设计并建立动力耦合机构三维模型。最后,对动力耦合机构进行有限元分析,经静态分析和模态分析表明:所设计的动力耦合机构能够满足工作使用要求,且能够有效避免与外界激振频率发生共振。

摘  要:
Power split device is one of the key components of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEV). In this paper, a novel power split device with single planetary gear set and single motor is designed. By the control of clutch and brake, it can obtain 10 modes. Firstly, according to the characteristics of PHEV, a power split device is proposed. And the relationship of rotation and torque of the power split device is analyzed by lever method. Secondly, the parameters and three-dimensional model of the power split device are designed. Finally, the power split device is analyzed with finite element analysis. According to static and modal analysis, it is concluded that it can meet working requirement and avoid resonance with external excitation frequencies.
