摘  要:
自20世纪90年代以来,我国干部教育培训需求的研究工作发展较快,虽取得了一定成果,但在实践领域中还存在将培训需求分析形式化的问题,我们应充分借鉴为西方国家广泛使用的OTP模式和绩效分析模式,深入开展干部培训需求调研工作,为进一步提升干部教育培训的针对性奠定坚实的基础。

摘  要:
Since the 1990s, the needs analysis of the Chinese cadre training has got a rapid development. Although it had made some achievements, there are still some problems which make the training needs analysis formalized in practice areas. We should draw lessons from the OTP Model and Performance Analysis Model which are the most widely used in the west countries, and deeply carry out training needs survey work, lay the solid foundation to further enhance cadre education training pertinence.
