摘  要:
春大麦栽培品种“如车”的不同外植体,包括未成熟胚、幼穗、花药和成熟胚均能以不同频率产生疏松型胚性愈伤组织,其中以未成熟胚和花药的频率最高。显微观察表明,这种愈伤组织主要由等径、胞质浓厚、富含淀粉粒的胚性细胞构成。疏松型和紧密型胚性愈伤组织在继代培养中均能分化大量胚状体和叶状结构,但将其转至分化培养基上仅以低频率再生出完整植株。利用未经继代的、来自不同外植体的疏松型胚性愈伤组织作为起始材料进行悬浮培养,均可在短期内(2~3个月)建立起生长迅速、稳定的胚性细胞悬浮系。

摘  要:
The variety of barley, 'Ruche' was identified as very amenable to produce friable embryogenic (FE) calli from different explant sources. Microscopically, these FE calli are mainly composed of round, cytoplasm-rich cells. Although somatic embryos occurred on these calli, but a small fraction of them regenerated into whole plants. Fast-growing embryogenic cell suspensions could be easily initiated from the newly induced FE calli within 3 months from culture initiation.
