超声波辅助提取库拉索芦荟多糖工艺优化研究

摘  要:
以库拉索芦荟为试材,以芦荟多糖得率为指标,在料液比、超声温度、超声时间、乙醇浓度单因素试验的基础上,应用微波超声波提取法采用4因素3水平正交实验优化了库拉索多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:在料液比1∶40,超声温度70℃,超声时间50min,乙醇浓度70%的条件下,库拉索芦荟多糖得率可达8.091%。该提取工艺条件简单、稳定、可行,值得广泛应用。

摘  要:
Taking Aloe vera L.as material,the polysaccharide in Aloe vera L.was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method,and four factors including the material-liquid ratio,the ultrasonic temperature,the ultrasonic time and the ethanol concentration were analyzed in the index of polysaccharide yield.The process conditions were optimized through four factors and three levels orthogonal test.The results showed that the extraction yield could be up to 8.091% under the optimum polysaccharide extraction conditions which were as follows the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶40,ultrasonic temperature 70℃,ultrasonic time 50min,and ethanol concentration 70%.This process was simple,stable and feasible,so it was worth to be used widely.
