白色金针菇不同配方品比试验研究

摘  要：
采用6个配方进行白色金针菇栽培比较试验。结果表明:金针菇培养料配方2(棉籽皮88%,麦麸10%,糖1%,石膏1%)最好,菌丝生长势强,子实体产量最高,生物学效率达到86%,子实体商品性状也比较好,适合在本地区进行大面积推广应用;配方2与配方4培养料中金针菇的子实体产量及生物学效率差异不显著,故当地玉米芯原材料比较丰富的地区可以选用配方4(棉籽皮,45%;玉米芯,41%;麸皮,12%;糖,1%;石膏,1%),降低生产成本。

摘  要：
The comparative studies on the cultivation of white Flammulina velutipes strain with 6 formulae showed that the optimum formula was formula 2:cotton seed hull 88%,wheat bran 10%,sugar 1% and gypsum 1%,which could be popularized for large-scale cultivation with the features of strong mycelial growth vigor,high yield of fruitbody,86% biological efficiency,good quality of fruitbody.The differences between formula 2 and formula 4 of the yield of fruitbody and biological efficiency were not significant,therefore in order to reduce the production cost,where there were rich for corncob raw material may select formula 4:cotton seed hull 45%,corncob 41%,wheat bran 12%,sugar 1% and gypsum 1%.
