纳米TiO2对鸡肉源微生物的光催化抑菌效果研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同作用因素对纳米TiO2的光催化活性影响,为纳米TiO2光催化杀菌技术的开发与应用提供参考。[方法]以菌液初始浓度、光照强度和纳米TiO2浓度为主要变量因素,研究不同因素条件下纳米TiO2对鸡肉源微生物P.fluorescens和M.caseolyticus的光催化抑菌作用效果。[结果]纳米TiO2浓度增加对P.fluorescens和M.caseolyticus的抑菌作用呈先升高后降低的趋势,最佳浓度值为0.4 g/L;增高光照强度,降低初始菌液浓度,纳米TiO2的光催化抑菌效果增强;相同试验条件下,纳米TiO2对P.fluorescens和M.caseo-lyticus的光催化抑菌作用一致,对M.caseolyticus的抑菌率始终低于P.fluorescens。[结论] M.caseolyticus对纳米TiO2的光催化作用比P.fluorescens更加敏感。

摘  要:
Objective] To study the effect of different factors on the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 to provide references for the development and application of photocatalytic decontamination technology of nano-TiO2 .[ Method] Photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 was studied as main re-active parameters such as initial concentration of bacteria ,light intensity and nano-TiO2 concentration varied,and disinfection effects of nano-TiO2 on spoilage bacteria isolated from chicken (P.fluorescens and M.caseolyticus) were studied under different conditions.[Result] The disinfection effects of nano-TiO2 on both P.fluorescens and M.caseolyticus increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of nano-TiO2 concentration, and the disinfection effects were the best when nano-TiO2 concentration was 0.4 g/L;to increase the light intensity and reduce the initial concen-tration of bacteria were helpful to the increase in the disinfection effect of nano-TiO2 .It showed a similar disinfection effect trend of nano-TiO2 on P.fluorescens and M.caseolyticus under the same conditions.The reduction rate of concentration of M.caseolyticus was always lower than that of P.fluorescens.[Conclusion] M.caseolyticus was more sensitive to the reaction of photocatalytic conditions compared with P.fluorescens.
