纳米TiO_2光催化处理模拟苯胺废水的响应面优化试验

摘  要:
[目的]探讨纳米TiO2光催化处理模拟苯胺废水的最佳反应条件。[方法]采用纳米TiO2光催化降解模拟苯胺废水,以TiO2投加量、废水初始pH、光催化反应时间作为影响因素,采用Box-Behnken设计3因素3水平试验,通过响应面预测回归方程模型。[结果]回归模型线性度高,R2达到0.990 5,理论值与实际值差异小,证明了预测模型的可靠性。模拟苯胺废水降解的最优条件为:纳米TiO2投加量为100 mg/L,初始pH为8.0,光催化反应时间为60 min,此时苯胺去除率高达97.8%。[结论]该研究为苯胺废水的处理提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The study aimed to discuss the optimal conditions for aniline wastewater treatment catalyzed by nano TiO2.[Method] Nano TiO2 was used to catalyze the degradation of aniline in simulated wastewater,and the effects of TiO2 dosage,initial pH of wastewater and reaction time on the removal rate of aniline were analyzed using Box-Behnken Design(BBD),and the regression equation was predicted using response surface methodology.[Result]The correlation coefficient of the regression model reached 0.990 5,and it was reliable because the difference between the actual and predicted value was small.When aniline wastewater with initial pH of 8.0 and TiO2 dosage of 100 mg/L was treated for 60 min,the removal rate of aniline was the highest,namely 97.8%.[Conclusion]The research could provide scientific references for the treatment of aniline wastewater in future.
