磷钼蓝法测定水中有机磷农药残留方法改进

摘  要:
采用纳米二氧化钛-光催化法预处理有机磷残留农药样品,用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定含量,并与国标法比较,确定了最佳实验条件。选取了24种含磷农药光催化降解后,测定其中磷的含量。结果表明,相对于标准方法,总磷测出率达到95%以上,标准偏差SD为2.86×10-3,检出限为2.10×10-3。通过紫外扫描分析进一步验证了该方法可达到与国标法同样的降解效果。且比现行国标方法更易于实现仪器化,为设计和研制环境水样中总磷的在线监测仪器作了方法上的准备。

摘  要:
In this paper,Nanometer TiO2 photocatalytic is used to pre-process organophosphorus pesticide residues. Spectrophotometry method is used to determine the content and compared with the standard method,and then the best experimental condition is defined. 24 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides are selected and degraded by TiO2 photocatalysis,and after degradation,the content of phosphorous is tested. Compared with the standard method,this new method attains such result that the detection rate of total phosphorous is over 95%,the detection limit 2.10×10-3 mg·L-1,and the standard deviation 2.86×10-3. Also the same degradation effect is achieved in this method,which is further verified by UV scanning analysis. In addition,it is easy to realize instrumentation which makes preparation for designing and researching on the on-line monitoring instrument of total phosphorous.
