蝴蝶兰不同花色品种遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘  要:
利用筛选到的 2 5个特异引物对蝴蝶兰不同花色品种作RAPD分析 ,确定了 12个品种间的遗传距离 ;并根据Neighbor joining遗传距离矩阵构建系统聚类文件 ,将该 12个品种分为两个家族 :第一家族中包含基色为白色的花色品种 ,花蕊颜色略有不同 ;第二家族为具有条纹的花色品种。品种间遗传距离最大为 0 .783 2 ,最小为 0 .10 3 4。

摘  要:
Genetic distance between 12 varieties of Phalaenopsis was determined through RAPD with 25 specific random primers. The 12 Phalaenopsis breeds were divided into two families according to the Neighbor-joining clustering analysis. In the first family, there were seven varieties having the same key color-white color and slightly different stamen colors; and in the other family, the flowers of the varieties had steaks. The longest genetic distance between varieties was 0.7832, and the shortest was 0.1034.
