基于ANSYS的钢轨压力校直的研究

摘  要:
基于弹塑性力学针对钢轨的三点压力校直问题进行研究,首先,根据材料的弹塑性变形理论,推导了采用三点压力校直方式校直钢轨所需的校直力的理论公式;然后,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了钢轨校直过程的有限元模型,模拟了 75 kg/m钢轨的校直过程,并对结果进行分析.仿真结果表明,校直后的钢轨的挠度明显减小,验证了本文推导的钢轨校直力模型的正确性,通过该模型能较好地预测不同弯曲程度的钢轨所需的校直力,为钢轨校直工艺提供一定的理论指导.

摘  要:
The three-point pressure straightening problem of steel rail was studied based on elastic-plastic mechanics.Firstly,according to the elastic-plastic deformation theory of material,the theoretical formula of straightening force required by using three-point pressure straightening method was derived.Then,the finite element model of rail straightening process was established by ANSYS finite element analysis software,ahe straightening process of 75 kg/m rail was simulated,and the results were analyzed.The simulation results showed that the deflection of the rail was significantly reduced after straightening,which verified the correctness of the rail straightening force model deduced in this paper.The model could better predict the straightening force required by the rail with different degrees of bending,and provided a certain theoretical guidance for the rail straightening process.
