饲料作物的同源基因数据库构建及对农用饲料方面的应用

摘  要：
随着玉米、水稻、小麦等多种饲料作物的不同版本参考基因组序列陆续公布,基因组学研究已进入"泛基因组时代".针对现有的饲料作物同源基因查询数据库,仅考虑每个饲料作物中的一个参考基因组已不能满足不同饲料作物物种多版本基因组的同源基因查询研究需求.在中国农业大学小麦研究中心构建的"小麦族GeneTribe"同源基因数据库基础上,通过构建多饲料作物的泛基因组同源基因数据库GenelnterTribe,实现不同饲料作物同源基因可查询,推动大数据时代农业研究进入新的境界.
