新疆有机牛奶加工及品质分析

摘  要:
本文对新疆的牛奶加工企业(新疆阿克苏新农乳业有限责任公司和新疆西域春乳业有限责任公司)生产的有机纯牛奶进行了品质与安全性的分析和初步评价。以《有机产品》国家标准GB/T19630.1~19630.4-2005为依据,主要通过对纯牛奶的加工等生产环节进行严格控制,并对品质进行比较检测。结果表明,新疆阿克苏新农乳业有限责任公司和新疆西域春乳业有限责任公司生产的有机纯牛奶品质符合有机奶的国家质量标准,具有很好的品质及安全性,在未来的市场内具有较大的发展潜力,且为今后有机牛奶的发展及新疆的农业经济发展提供参考和技术服务。

摘  要:
In this paper,the quality and safety of organic milk produced by the milk processing enterprises in Xinjiang were analyzed and preliminarily evaluated.Based on the national standards GB/T19630.1 ~ 19630.4-2005 of organic products,every production process of pure milk was controlled strictly and its quality was tested and compared.The results showed that the pure organic milk produced by these two enterprises conformed to national quality standards.It had high guality,safety and large potential development in the future.Besides,it provided a scientific basis and technical services for the development of organic milk in the future and the economic development of Xinjiang agriculture.
