板栗壳热裂解动力学的研究

摘  要:
利用热重分析仪进行了板栗壳热裂解研究,升温速率选择5℃/min,10℃/min,20℃/min和40℃/min,反应终温为800℃,保护气为氮气,流量为30mL/min。研究发现,板栗壳热裂解共分4个阶段,随着升温速率的增加,TG曲线右移。同时,求解了板栗壳热裂解的动力学参数—活化能和频率因子,主反应区间二步反应的活化能分别为176MJ/mol和255MJ/mol,板栗壳热裂解反应机理符合Jander方程中的二维扩散、n=1/2的反应。

摘  要:
Chestnut shell pyrolysis behavior is studied by thermo gravimetric analyzer (TG) at different heating rates of 5, 10, 20, 30℃/min and final temperature of 800℃ in the dynamic nitrogen flow of 30 cc/min. Results show that there are four stages of pyrolysis process of the chestnut shell. As the heating rates increases, the TG curve slightly shiftes to high temperature direction and the maximum weight loss rate increases greatly. The activation energies of the two main pyrolytic reactions of chestnut shell pyrolysis are 176MJ/mol and 255MJ/mol respectively. The chestnut shell pyrolysis mechanism accords with the planar pervasion, n=1/2 of Jander equation.
