CO_2施肥-Zn处理对印度芥菜生物量和Zn积累的影响

摘  要:
在温室内对不同Zn浓度土壤中生长的印度芥菜进行2种不同浓度的CO2施肥试验。结果表明:CO2施肥能显著增加Zn污染土壤中印度芥菜的生物量。在3种Zn浓度下,CO2施肥组根重分别比对照组增加11.24%、38.05%和37.63%,且在0.01水平上有差异;地上部重分别增加37.50%、9.72%和31.05%,且在0.05水平上有差异。CO2施肥均显著地促进植株体对Zn的积累,各器官中的Zn含量均高于CO2对照组,且根中Zn浓度在0.01水平上有差异,茎、叶中Zn浓度在0.05水平上有差异。

摘  要:
The effects of carbon dioxide on the Indian mustard growth in soil containing the different Zn concentrations were studied in the present thesis.Two levels of CO2 treatments were used in homemade close CO2 chambers.After short-term and large numbers of experiments,it was found that the treatment of the enrichment of CO2 promoted biomass growth of plants.Under three concentrations of Zinc,the weight of root and shoot of treatments with 800 μl/L CO2 was higher than that of control.Plants showed an increase rate of biomass by 11.24 %,38.05 % and 37.63 %(P<0.01) for the root and 37.50 %,9.72 % and 31.05 %(P<0.05) for shoot,respectively.Zn accumulation was significantly increased in Indian mustard while fertilized with CO2.Under CO2 concentration of 800 ppm,the mean concentration of Zn in root,stem and leaf reached the maximum of 6 685 mg Zn/kg dry weight(P<0.01) in root,908 mg Zn/Kg dry weight in stem and 1,579 mg Zn/Kg dry weight in leaf,respectively.So CO2 fertilization may enhance the productive efficiency when the Indian mustard was used to remediate the soil contaminated by zinc.
