石油降解菌筛选鉴定及耐受性分析

摘  要:
试验从污泥中筛选3株高效石油烃降解菌m_1,m_2,m_3,对原油最高降解效率达73%,16S rDNA鉴定结果表明,m_1为Citrobacter柠檬酸细菌属,m_2为Tatumella塔特姆菌属,m_3为Kluyvera克吕沃尔氏菌属。分析3株石油降解菌耐受性,结果表明,m_2耐强碱性;m_1、m_2耐较高浓度盐;m_2在高浓度Cr中生长;m_3在高浓度Hg、Cd、Pb中较好生长。

摘  要:
Three strains of efficient hydrocarbon degrading bacteria m_1, m_2, m_3, were screened from sludge, the highest degradation efficiency of crude oil can reach 73%, and through the 16 S rDNA identification, the identification results showed m_1 was similar to the Citrobacter, m_2 was similar to the Tatumella, m_3 was similar to the Kluyvera. Then tolerance analysis of the three strains was followed and the results showed that m_2 could resist strong alkaline, m_1, m_2 were resistant to high concentration of salt, m_2 could grow in high concentration of Cr, and m_3 grew well in high concentration of Hg, Cd, Pb.
