人参总皂苷提取工艺的优化研究

摘  要:
比较了温浸法、乙醇回流法和超声波法等3种方法提取人参总皂苷的工艺,结果表明:超声波法提取人参总皂苷方法最佳,快速,安全,成本低且可以有效保护皂苷不被破坏。在此基础上,以标准品人参皂苷Re为指标,通过正交实验选择超声波法的最佳提取时间、溶剂量和提取温度;通过分析研究,温度对人参总皂苷的提取率影响最显著,溶剂量和提取时间的影响不显著。确定:采用超声波法,在提取温度40℃,提取时间为40 min,溶剂量为10倍的工艺参数条件下提取人参总皂苷为最佳工艺。

摘  要:
Comparison among warmly extraction method,refluxing method and supersonic extraction method indicated the optimum extraction process is supersonic extraction method.This process is quick,safe and efficient.The results showed temperature had a significant effect on extraction efficiency of total ginsenosides,while amount of the solvent and extraction time had no significant influence.The optimum supersonic extraction condition was determined by key value of solvent amount,extraction time and temperature as follows: 10 times of solvent,40 min and 40℃.
