NO_3~-胁迫对黄瓜嫁接苗生长及光合特性的影响

摘  要:
以‘新泰密刺’和‘铁力砧F1’为材料,研究了NO3-胁迫对黄瓜嫁接苗和自根苗生长、叶片光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数等的影响,探究了嫁接在NO3-胁迫中可能起到的缓解作用。结果表明,NO3-胁迫显著抑制了黄瓜幼苗的生长,降低了幼苗叶片净光合速率、电子传递速率,抑制了光合作用。盐胁迫下,YJ各项指标均显著高于ZJ和CK,受抑程度最低,且维持在较高水平。说明嫁接可显著提高黄瓜幼苗的光合性能,从而减轻植株的受损程度,增强其耐盐能力。

摘  要:
With'Xintaimici' and'tieli F1' as the materials,the influences on growth,gas exchang parameters,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters between grafted and self-root cucumber seedling under NO-3 stress were studied,and the possible mitigative effect of NO-3 stress on grafting were discussed.The results showed that NO-3 stress had significant inhibitory effect on cucumber seedling growth,decreased the leaf net photosynthetic and electron transport rate,inhibited the photosynthesis.Under salt sytess,all indexes of YJ were significantly higher than ZJ and CK,with the lowest inhibitory degree and maintained higher level.The results show that the grafting can greatly improve the photosynthetic performance of cucumber seedlings,which could alleviate the damaged degree,enhance the salt-tolerance ability.
