"双战略"视域下农林院校涉海学科建设

摘  要：
"双一流"发展战略与"海洋强国"战略不期而遇,蕴藏着农林院校转型和学科交叉发展的源动力.在"双战略"背景下,农林院校的内涵和外延均有扩大,优势农林学科之间也有交叉空间.农林院校在高等教育竞争中,只有主动形成创新自觉,才能真正创生交叉性涉海学科.对此,农林院校应当坚持支撑学科系统、支持动力系统和支援合作系统的系统性发展思路.借鉴学科平台式发展思维,贯彻"官产学研用"科技思想,适时培养涉海学科人才和团队.

摘  要：
The chancing encounter of the "double-first-class" initiative and the "ocean power" strategy,which contains the driving force of agricultural and forestry universities transformation,including the development of cross disciplines.Under the background of "double strategy",the connotation and extension of agricultural and forestry universities have been expanded,and there is also intersection space in dominant agricultural and forestry disciplines.On Agricultural and forestry university′s own initiative,forming innovation consciousness in the competition of higher education,in order to effectively create crossed marine-related disciplines.Regarding this,agricultural and forestry universities should adhere to the systematic development ideas of supporting discipline system,supporting power system and supporting cooperation system.Agricultural and forestry universities should draw lessons from the thinking of disciplines platform development,carrying out the scientific and technological thinking of "government-industry-university-research-effect" and fostering the talents and teams of marine-related disciplines timely.
