腐霉利在酿酒葡萄和土壤中残留量的气相色谱分析

摘  要:
对酿酒葡萄和土壤样品采用乙腈提取、PSA净化,使用气相色谱-电子俘获检测器(GC-ECD)测定、面积外标法定量的检测方法。方法检出限为3.0μg/L,回收率为80%~95%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~5.2%。实验证明,该方法快速、简便、准确度高。

摘  要:
A method for the determination of procymidone in wine grape was established combining acetonitrile extraction,PSA purification, gas chromatography-electron capture detector(GC-ECD) and area external standard method. As a result,the detection limit was 3.0 μg/L; the recovery rate was 80% ~ 95%; and the relative standard deviation was 1.4% ~ 5.2%.The method featured fast, simple and high accuracy.
