温室和露地条件下不同浓度腐霉利在黄瓜中的残留消解特性研究

摘  要:
研究温室和露地2种栽培条件下,腐霉利在黄瓜中的残留消解规律。结果表明:2种栽培条件下,喷施50%腐霉利可湿性粉剂1 500 g/hm2和3 000 g/hm2后,黄瓜上腐霉利初始沉积量存在较大差异,施药剂量越大,初始沉积量越高。腐霉利在黄瓜中的残留消解动态符合一级动力学方程。腐霉利高、低用量在露地黄瓜中的半衰期均为1.1 d;在温室黄瓜中的半衰期均为2.9 d。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the residue degradation dynamics of procymidone in cucumber under two different planting patterns, the field experiments were carried out in open-field and greenhouse. The results showed that there were significant differences in different application dosages. The initial residues increased with the increase of application dosages. Degradation dynamics of procymidone was in conformity with the first-order dynamic equation.The half-lives of procymidone were both 1.1 d in open-field, and the half-lives were both 2.9 d in greenhouse.
