金银花花叶总黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺研究

摘  要:
利用系统溶剂法及L_9(3~4)正交实验探讨从金银花及金银花叶中提取黄酮类,其最佳提取工艺为90%乙醇、物料比1:12,于70℃温浸60min。

摘  要:
The systematic solvent method and the Lg(34) design were adopted to study the conditions of extracting flavonoids from the dried flowers and leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb. The results showed that the highest extraction rate was achieved when 90% ethanol was used to soak the dried flowers and leaves of L. japonica at 70'C for 3 hours.
