摘  要:
建立了土壤、麦粒和植株中氟唑磺隆残留的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,高效液相色谱检测。结果表明:在0.01~10 mg/kg范围内,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 6。在添加浓度为0.01~1 mg/kg范围内,氟唑磺隆在小麦麦粒、植株和土壤中的添加回收率为80.03%~104.74%,相对标准偏差为2.62%~9.14%,满足农药残留分析要求。

摘  要:
An analytical method for determination of flucarbazone-sodium residue in wheat grain, plant and soil was developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and determined by HPLC. The results showed that the linear relationship of the method was good, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. At the fortified levels of 0.01, 0.1, 1 mg/kg, the average recoveries of flucarbazone-sodium in wheat grain, plant and soil ranged from 80.03% to 104.74% with the relative standard deviations of 2.62%-9.14%. The method was simple and accuracy, could meet the requirements of residue analysis.
