砜嘧磺隆防除玉米田杂草效果及残留研究

摘  要:
采用田间小区试验,研究砜嘧磺隆防除玉米田杂草的效果以及在玉米籽粒和土壤中的残留情况。结果表明:1)25%砜嘧磺隆WG 18.75—33.75 g∕hm2对供试玉米生长安全,增产明显,株高、叶龄、地上部鲜重等生育指标与空白对照相比没有显著差异。25%砜嘧磺隆WG 45 g∕hm2对玉米生长有一定影响,具体表现为叶片出现褪绿斑块,但15 d左右可恢复,不影响产量;2)25%砜嘧磺隆WG对马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、醴肠(Eclipta prostrata)和反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus)等杂草均有较好的防效,推荐使用剂量为22.5—26.25 g∕hm2;3)25%砜嘧磺隆WG在土壤中的半衰期为9.5 d,收获时玉米籽粒和土壤中的最终残留量均小于0.01 mg∕kg,远低于我国国家标准所规定的0.1 mg∕kg限量,对农产品和土壤环境安全。

摘  要:
Field experiments were conducted to evaluate weed control effect of rimsulfuron in corn field andits residue. The results showed that:1)25% rimsulfur WG 18. 75—33. 75 g∕hm2 was safe to maize growth,andhad obvious effect on promoting the production,but no significant difference was found in plant height,foliar ageand fresh weight. 25% rimsulfur WG 45 g∕hm2 had harmful effects on the growth of corn. The leaves appearedchlorosis,which could be recovered in 15 days,and had no obvious influences on yield. 2)The annual grass andbroadleaf weeds were effectively controlled by applying 25% rimsulfur WG 18. 75—45 g∕hm2 at their 2—3 leafstages such asDigitaria sanguinalis,Echinochloa crusgalli,Eclipta prostrate,Amaranthus retroflexus. Therefore,adose of 22. 5—26. 25 g∕hm2 was recommended. 3)The half-life of rimsulfuron in soil was about 9. 5 d,and thefinal residues of rimsulfuron in soil and corn were 0. 01 mg∕kg at the harvest time,which were much lower thanreference MRL of China(0. 1 mg∕kg,rimsulfuron MRL of China in corn).
