摘  要:
用高效液相色谱法测定新型除草剂砜嘧磺隆原药及制剂的有效成分含量。色谱柱WatersSymmetryC8,15.0cm×3.9mm,5μm;流动相:41%乙腈/59%水(用磷酸调pH值为3);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:40.0℃;进样量:5μl;检测波长:254nm;参比波长:350nm。回收率:原药98% ̄101%;25%水分散粒剂98% ̄102%。精密度:原药0.10%;25%水分散粒剂0.12%。

摘  要:
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the percentage active ingredient in the new herbicide, rimsulfuron. HPLC conditions were as follows: a Waters Symmetry C8 column, 15.0 cm × 3.9 mm, 5μm, mobile phase of acetonitrile/water 41%/59% (adjusted to pH 3.0 by H3PO4), flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature of 40℃, injection volume of 5μl, detection wavelength of 254 nm, and reference wavelength of 350 nm. Recovery was 98-101% for technical and 98-102% for a 25% WG, and precision was 0.10% for technical and 0.12% for the 25% WG.
