低温胁迫下的油茶品种耐寒性评价

摘  要:
湖北省是油茶(Camellia oleifera Abel.)北缘产区,低温对油茶的造林和生长有很大影响,是制约本地油茶发展的关键因素。以鄂油系和长林系油茶品种为研究对象,设置不同低温胁迫处理,测定各品种的相对电导率和丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量以及超氧化物歧化酶活性等指标,比较各生理指标的关联性。结果表明,相对电导率和丙二醛含量呈显著正相关,脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性呈显著正相关。采用隶属函数法综合评价油茶品种的耐寒性,则各品种耐寒性强弱的顺序为长林27号>鄂油151号>鄂油465号>鄂油63号>鄂油102号>长林40号>长林23号>长林4号>鄂油81号>鄂油54号。

摘  要:
Hubei province located in the northern margin of Camellia oleifera Abel.,where the low temperature caused great impact on the afforestation and growth of C. oleifera,and becomes the restrictions for their promotion. Taking Changlin and Eyou series cultivars of C. oleifera as objective treated by different low temperature for different time,the physiological and biochemical indexes including conductivity,malondialdehyde,proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein and superoxide dismutase,as well as the relevance between different indexes was observed. The results showed that conductivity has strong positive correlation with malondialdehyde content;proline has positive correlation with superoxide dismutase content. According to fuzzy membership function method,the rank of the tested cultivars from high to low was,C. oleifera cv. Changlin 27>C. oleifera cv. Eyou 151 >C. oleifera cv. E-you 465 >C. oleifera cv. E-you 63 >C. oleifera cv. E-you 102 >C. oleifera cv. Changlin 40 >C.oleifera cv. Changlin 23>C. oleifera cv. Changlin No. 4>C. oleifera cv. E-you 81>C. oleifera cv. E-you 54.
