DPPH·法评价37种植物抗氧化活性

摘  要:
采用DPPH·法测定了南疆地区 37种植物清除有机自由基的能力 ,并做了比较。结果表明 :不同植物提取物对DPPH·自由基的清除能力不同 ,其中某些植物提取物对自由基的清除能力较强 ,如沙棘果实 94 .13%、辣椒 92 .2 1%、石榴渣 91.6 4 %、葡萄渣 91.5 3%、月季花 90 .72 %、侧柏叶 90 .5 2 % ;同种植物不同部位的清除能力也有差异 ,如合欢叶 85 .2 1%、合欢嫩果 82 .72 %、合欢成熟果实 77.5 9%。为本地区天然抗氧化剂的深入研究提供了参考依据。

摘  要:
The scavenging effect of natural antioxidant on free radicals in south of Xinjiang areas was studied by DPPH· method .37 samples compared,results showed that in different plant extracts,some plants have higher scavenging activity,such as Seabucklthornfruit 94.63%,Pepper 92.21%,Megranate dregs 91.64%,Vine dregs 91.53%,Chinese rose 90.72%,Arborvitae 90.52%.Different parts in the same plant have significant difference in scavenging activity,for example Silktree leaves 85.21%,its tender fruit 82.72%,its nut 77.59%. It is a fast,convenient and direct method to value antioxidant activity.
