土壤中残留氯吡嘧磺隆对红芸豆幼苗光合作用的影响

摘  要:
采用叶绿素荧光仪研究残留在土壤中的氯吡嘧磺隆对红芸豆幼苗光合作用的影响。结果表明,通过荧光动力学曲线可以得出,在氯吡嘧磺隆胁迫下,红芸豆幼苗叶片荧光强度在J-P段显著下降,PSII中初级酮电子受体(QA)、次级醌电子受体(QB)和质体醌之间的电子传递受阻碍;荧光参数单位反应中心吸收的光能(ABS/RC)、用于还原QA的能量(t=0)(TR0/RC)、单位反应中心耗散掉的能量(t=0)(DI0/RC)、用于电子传递的能量(t=0)(ET0/RC)升高,以吸收光能为基础的性能指数(PIABS)和PSII原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)值降低,表明0.005,0.008 mg/kg氯吡嘧磺隆均会对红芸豆幼苗的光合作用产生抑制。PIABS下降幅度高于Fv/Fm,表现更为灵敏,因此,PIABS更适宜作为反映红芸豆幼苗受到氯吡嘧磺隆胁迫的指标。

摘  要:
The effects of halosulfuron-methyl residue in soil on photosynthesis of Red Kidney Bean seedlings were studied by chlorophyll fluorescence.The result showed that the fluorescence intensity in leaves of Red Kidney Bean seedlings decreased significantly in J-P segment under halosulfuron-methyl stress,and electron transfer between QA,QBand plastid quinones in PSII was hindered.Fluorescence parameters ABS/RC,TR0/RC,DI0/RC,ET0/RC increased,while PIABSand Fv/Fm decreased.The results showed that halosulfuron-methyl of 0.005,0.008 mg/kg could inhibit the photosynthesis of Red Kidney Bean seedlings.The decrease of PIABSwas more sensitive than that of Fv/Fm,so it was more suitable to be used as an index of Red Kidney Bean seedlings under halosulfuronmethy stress.
