花生肽对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用

摘  要:
研究花生肽对四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。采用CCl4致小鼠肝损伤,测定血和肝组织匀浆的生化指标。花生肽组均能减轻CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤,降低血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的升高,增加组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力。花生肽对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤均有明显的保护作用。

摘  要:
This study was carried out to characterize the hepatoprotective activity of peanut peptides.After the administration of carbon tetrachloride intraperitoneally,the biochemical indices in blood and liver of mice were tested.Peanut peptides could decrease obviously the levels of SGPT,SGOT,LDH activities and liver MDA content in liver of injured mice caused by CCl4,increase SOD activities and the content of GSH of the liver.Peanut peptides had significant protective effects on experimental liver injury mice.
